JuVar Puppy Deposit Policy
The puppy deposit is non-refundable and secures the Buyer’s place on the reservation list for a puppy of their preferred color and sex. At the time the deposit is submitted, the Buyer must indicate their preferred color (white, black, or no preference) and sex (male, female, or no preference) so that JuVar Standard Poodles LLC can thoughtfully match each puppy to the most suitable home based on temperament, lifestyle, and availability. If the Buyer chooses to withdraw from getting a puppy, the deposit will be forfeited. If a puppy meeting the Buyer’s requested color, sex, or litter preference is not produced or available within one year of the deposit date, the deposit will be refunded or may be transferred to a future litter at the Buyer’s discretion. Submission of a deposit does not guarantee selection from multiple puppies, specific pick order, or the availability of more than one puppy within a preferred sex or color. You don’t have to make a deposit, if you feel that putting down a deposit is not right for you, you can call back when the puppies are almost ready to leave (at seven or eight weeks) and ask if any are still available.

We make extensive efforts, through communication with buyers and careful observation of each puppy’s temperament and behavior, to closely match every puppy with the appropriate family and environment. If the Buyer chooses to withdraw after a puppy matching their stated preferences becomes available, the deposit will be forfeited. However, if a puppy meeting the Buyer’s requested color, sex, or litter preference is not produced or available within one year of the deposit date, the deposit will be promptly refunded or may be transferred to a future litter at the Buyer’s discretion.
